The covers will be chosen for the Jan/Feb RefundCents issue in 3 weeks. There will be prizes for Front, Back, and Inside Front.
Winners will receive a check from RefundCents for $10 and a free 6 months extension of their subscriptions!!

Everyone is doing a lot of shopping right now. If you find a good deal anywhere, take a picture with a person and write up the experience, at least one paragraph. Clear, colorful pictures with a happy person or people get preference. It's fun to be on the cover!
