Print the refund form for five $1 coupons on Butterball products wyb one Butterball frozen or fresh whole turkey between 11/13/11 - 12/31/11. (Note that this doesn't start until Sunday.)
It will be announced in the upcoming 11/13 Smartsource insert. I was able to print it now. Send form and either the UPC (tail tag) from Butterball Frozen or Fresh Whole Turkey or a valid original cash tape dated 11/13/11-12/31/11. The five $1 coupons will be mailed to you.
