Kroger Coupon Policy Changes for Cincinnati/Dayton

The Kroger Coupon Policy in the Cincinnati/Dayton area has changed. Where doubling used to be unlimited, it's now restricted to five like coupons. I'd bet the farm we all know why this change was made.
