Thanks Michelle M for this hot tip at Walgreens:"Yesterday when I was doing the Cottonelle deal I happened to notice the Walgreens 100 ct tissue cubes had a sign that said "$1.89 + $3 rr" or something to that effect. I asked one of the cashiers about it and she also thought it was strange. But I tried it and it actually worked! I don't remember hearing about this deal but it was a nice money maker with no coupons involved!"
