Have you thought about having business cards made listing all your referral info? George and I used a Groupon the other day at Smashburger. When our order was rung up, we only paid $2.xx after our Groupon took off the cost for both entrees. The lady behind us watched, then asked, "Where did you get that coupon?" I tried to explain Groupon in 20 words or less but it would have been much easier to have a card with my referral link for Groupon, Swagbucks, RefundCents.com etc. If you have people who ask about your coupon file, or your coupons, or your deals, it would be handy to have a card with websites listed. All the group buying sites have referral links.

This is a prescription drug so I'm sure it involves a doctor's visit, but if you think you're going to get a prescription, it's good to get the first month free. It's hard not to comment on the price of prescription drugs. I had a prescription to Niaspan, which costs like $80 a month. They had a program to get it for $5 a month where everyone qualified, not tied to income. All
I had to do was fill out a simple survey and call a number, and I got a card allowing me to get it for a year for $5 per month. It makes you wonder if they can sell the drug for $5, why are they charging $80? Isn't there a middle ground? If you have a prescription to an expensive drug, always do a google search for possible discount cards offered by the manufacturer. Ask your doctor, too. I would never had known about the $5 Niaspan program if my doctor hadn't mentioned it. Again, some of these programs are not tied to income. Anyone can qualify. Since I'm self-employed, my insurance is lousy and expensive, with one billion dollar deductible (an exaggeration, but not by much - LOL), I always pay out of pocket for prescriptions.

Anytime my doctor prescribes a medication, especially a name brand drug, I always type in the name of the drug (example –www.lipitor.com ) and search the site. Many times I find a program such as you did on the Niaspan. I’ve found more than one that has paid an expensive copay for a year. I have also found that Costco sells some of their generics at a fraction of what my insurance co-pay is, and there is no Costco membership required to purchase prescriptions. You
can call their pharmacy to check prices.

Walmart Coupon Policy Changes Again For the Worse
Double ARGH! Triple ARGH! Walmart just issued a new revised coupon policy that takes out the acceptance of Walgreens catalinas that are off the entire basket order. They will take catalinas for specific products, but we all know that the good Catalinas are the ones that are $1, $5, $10 off anything. Those will no longer be accepted. Boo-Hiss, that sure didn't last long. They will still give overage on other coupons.
